- I put you in touch with my financial resources. They will pre-qualify you. This process will estimate how much house value you can afford with out upsetting your payment "comfort zone".
- The whole Lisa Vitello Team (this now includes you!) meets to discuss your "wish list" and your "must have list".
- We supply you with information and data about houses meeting your specifications and qualifications.
- After selecting some, we preview the homes and further narrow it down to your final choice.
- Now decided, we start the negotiating process.
- When the offer is accepted, I schedule the inspection and closing.
