Today's marketing strategy must be more than sticking a "For Sale" sign in the front yard and keeping the flyer box supplied. Sellers are in a highly competitive field.

 

Today's buyers are savvy and look for innovative ways to "persuade" them to purchase your home. That is why when I list a property I create a specific marketing plan structured to give maximum exposure. Often times it requires "us" as a team to think outside the box. As your Realtor it is my responsibility to:

  • To bring about an expedient sale with the best terms, most dollars and lease amount of stress
  • To use the technology available to present your property to the buying community at large. I will do this through established mediums such as MLS, FMLS, newspapers, Internet, Postal Mailings, Fellow Realtors and other proven resources
  • To evaluate your property and to make suggestions to increase the salability of the property
  • To make you an astute and informed Seller
  • To assign a realistic dollar value to the property
  • To require that Buyers be financially pre-qualified before entering into negotiations
  • To present, examine and evaluate all offers maintaining an open mind and open lines of communication between Seller and potential Buyer
  • As the Selling Agent, to forthrightly negotiate offers solely on the Sellers behalf
